Terms and Conditions
- Being an old building there are a number of differing levels and tight access points so regrettably we are unable to cater for less able guests.
- We have no family rooms and regret therefore that we are unable to cater for children. Babies in travel cots with their own support systems are however welcome.
- A 10% non returnable deposit is required to confirm the bookings, this can be paid over the phone 01969 650038 or by cheque payable to N R Manolache, please.
- Check in time is after 14:00hrs, possibly earlier by arrangement but please advise if you expect to arrive after 18:00hrs,
- Check out please by 10:30hrs on day of departure.
- On departure the balance due can be paid by cheque, cash or card.
- We reserve the right to charge in full for bookings cancelled with less than 48hrs notice.
- In the event of cancellations with more than 48hrs notice we will attempt to relet the accommodation but reserve the right to charge for any booked rooms left vacant.
Smoking is not permitted.
We regret we do not have secure storage at the moment.
We regret we can not accept any pet.
If you are ready to make a Booking:
- Check Availability
- Complete the Booking Enquiry Form and press the Send button to e-mail it to us, OR print out and complete the form offline and then phone us on 01969 650 038 (+44 1969 650 038 from outside the UK) to provisionally book.
- The required dates will be held for seven days to allow for receipt of a 10% deposit and the booking form if not already sent by e-mail.
- Upon receipt of the deposit the booking will be secured.
