Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to charge in full for bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice before the arrival date!
  • In the event of cancellations with more than 7 days notice we will attempt to relet the accommodation but reserve the right to charge for any booked rooms left vacant.
  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the bookings, this can be paid over the phone +44 (0) 1969 650 038 using any major credit/debit card.
  • Being an old building there are a number of differing levels, 2 flights of stairs and tight access points so regrettably we are unable to cater for less able guests.
  • We do not have family rooms and regret therefore that we are unable to cater for children.
  • Please note we do a self check in. Rooms are ready from 15:00. You will receive a code via text (when mobile number has been provided) or email, prior to your arrival for a key box located on our front door.
  • Check out by 10:00am on the day of your departure, unfortunately we cannot offer a late checkout.
  • On departure the balance due can be paid by cash (preferred)  or card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch).


Smoking is not permitted inside the property! We have a very sensitive fire alarm system and smoking in the rooms will trigger it!


We regret we do not have secure storage at the moment.


We regret we can not accept any pets, due to allergies.
